Lake Oswego voters ratified Measure 3-568 thereby repealing and replacing the City’s Charter – Chapter X – Park Development Limitation.
Chapter X – Park Development Limitation protects 16 natural areas as Nature Preserves, which includes the full acreage of Steven Meadow and Stevens Homestead, insuring all development within a Nature Preserve is consistent with the preservation of a Nature Preserve as a natural area available for public enjoyment.
