      • West Linn: ODOT: Lease approved / document anticipated by June 30. County land use approval anticipated by June 30. Building permits to be submitted by June 19, 2020. Bids due on June 23.
      • Kerr Parkway Water Tank: Researching alternative locations.
    • Meeting Minutes of the May 20, 2020 Meeting
      • Project Status/Procurement
        • The West Linn site is the replacement for Cooks Butte. We are working on an agreement with ODOT to be issued for the site. Drawings are nearing completion to allow for land use application.
        • Wrapping up the bid document for the West Linn site. John explained that received permission to go on the site from ODOT. He shared that ODOT felt the lease would be wrapped up soon.
